Includes color plates of traditional Japanese Kaiseki cuisine, tableware and tea ceremony meal settings.
Hard to find vintage reference book.
Comes with slipcase / 241 pages
Dimensions: approx. 26.5 × 19 cm

Condition:
Slipcase: Some discoloration and tanning on the top and bottom edges.
Book: Slight age-related browning on the edges; contents are generally clean and well-preserved.
No tears, writings, or missing pages (checked).

Shows normal aging for a vintage book, but the interior remains clean and suitable for appreciation or reference.

Yoshikazu Tsuji (19061993) was a renowned Japanese chef and author known for his contributions to traditional Kaiseki and Japanese culinary culture. He wrote numerous books on cuisine and worked to preserve the aesthetics and techniques of formal Japanese dining and tea ceremony meals.
